• A server helps the parent(s) to ensures that the party runs smoothly.
• Arena Softball will ensure that we do everything possible to make your Birthday Party a huge success.
• Complimentary Birthday Party invitations that include our waiver form are available to download.

Our policies:

• Prior to play, ALL PLAYERS need to sign a Waiver Form or if players are under 18 years of age, the Waiver Form must be signed by the child's parent or guardian, and brought into Arena Softball on the day of the party.
• Guests should arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the party.
• A $50.00, non-refundable deposit is required at the time of the party reservation. The balance is to be paid in full by the rental date. Cancellation of a party must be done at least 72 hours prior to the party date.
• Arena Softball does not allow any outside food or beverages. Cake and ice cream are okay. For special order items or catering please contact us.  Thank you.
